PayLock provides various parking management services and supports municipalities and universities with parking enforcement and digital parking permit solutions. The Sales Specialist will be tasked with selling all PayLock services and driving growth. Candidates must have a passion for getting things done and be highly motivated. - Owning and leading selling initiatives to municipalities and universities
- Developing and refining a sales strategy
- Researching, finding, and developing new sales opportunities
- Managing the sales cycle toward closure/contract
- Supporting current clients and our Account Management team
- Developing sales materials, proposals & presentations
- Attending trade shows

Experience/ Education: Sales management experience and a degree from a 2 or 4-year college is preferred.
Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to compose reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Computer Skills: The Sales Specialist will use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook frequently, as well as other business applications used to enhance presentations, assist in project planning, research and communicate through business-related social networking.
Base Salary and Commission: Range from $80,000-$120,000, plus commission. Salary commensurate with Experience;
Discretionary Bonus Based Upon Annual Production
Comprehensive Benefits Package
Full-time Position: 40 hours or more
