PayLock IPT LLC is in expanding its product lines and service packages. We need your help and, more importantly, your passion and drive for results!  We are looking for action-oriented Sales Specialist that can shape and drive our sales goals, as well as grow our client base. So who are we?  We are IPT LLC.  We are a young and growing company with a talented group of individuals resulting in an exceptional team atmosphere.  Even after 10+ years, we are still focused on providing a fun, relaxed environment with lots of perks like a relaxed dress code, flexible hours, monthly events, work from home capabilities, and random stuff like Nerf Gun fights outside on nice days. (Our Buzzkill (HR) Director frowns upon guns indoors.)  Please don’t let the relaxed environment fool you, however. Because if you look closer, you will see we are a group who relentlessly get things done and done right.

What are we about? Currently our focus is to work with municipalities, universities, and the 21st Century parking operations community around the country to quickly, easily, and humanely manage two very valuable resources: Parking and Time.  We currently have several lines of business that each strive to make jobs and lives easier for all those that touch our parking solutions; Our clients and their customers.

So where do we reside?  We have been in Somerville, NJ since our inception because it is a great location, within walking distance to dozens of lunch spots, the train and the bus, and parks and gyms.

What exactly are we looking for? We are looking for a full-time Sales Specialist in the Central-NJ area who meets the following criteria:

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience:

This position requires a degree from a 2 or 4-year college or university, and minimum 2-4 years of experience in long-cycle sales environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to compose reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

 

Math Ability:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

 

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

 

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate an advanced level knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet browsing ability as well as skilled in using other business applications used to enhance presentations, assist in project planning, research and communicate through business-related social networking. The individual should also be skilled in using laptop and mobile computing devices, including tablets and smartphones.

 

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to complete domestic and international travel. The employee will often work in a typical office environment but will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions when traveling. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes and airborne particles, and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

 

**The employee is required to maintain a valid US Driver’s License at all times.

The employee is constantly required to talk, hear, and operate a computer and mouse. The employee may occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and infrequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
